1. Definitions
"Numfolio", "we" and "us" mean the portfolio tracking and calculator service available on this website and its operator named in section 10. "You" means any person who visits the website or creates an account.
2. The service
Numfolio processes the portfolio data you enter yourself and shows statistics such as total value, cost, profit or loss and allocation. It also offers free public calculators. Prices you see are either entered by you or, where available, taken from third-party providers. Numfolio is free; it may be supported by advertising, as described in the privacy policy. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. No investment advice
Numfolio does not provide investment, tax or legal advice and is not registered as an investment adviser or broker with any regulator, including the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK). The calculations, statistics, health scores and explanations in the service:
- are not tailored to your financial situation, income, risk tolerance or goals;
- do not recommend buying, selling, holding or switching any financial instrument;
- do not forecast prices, returns or the direction of any market.
Make investment decisions based on your own circumstances and, where appropriate, with a licensed adviser.
4. Data and accuracy
Results depend on the figures you enter and on data from third parties, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or up to date, or that the service will always be available. Check important figures against primary sources such as your broker or bank statements before relying on them.
5. Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Numfolio in a way that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the service or its security, or collects data automatically in bulk without our permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts that those laws allow.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will inform you in the app or by email. If you continue to use Numfolio after a change, the updated terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
